Have eaten in a good few times and had the odd take out as well

Had a take out tonight all food lovely did ask for extra garlic on my garlic nan well it's did have extra garlic :-) :-)

We had our first meal in Spice Lounge tonight and it was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff were very attentive but most impressive was the food. Superb! We will definitely be back soon. A real hidden gem!

We all had a really excellent meal and a lovely evening at the Spice Lounge. The staff gave us just the right attention and were very helpful and polite. The restaurant was immaculate and I feel very happy to recommend this lovely venue.

The food was lovely enjoyed every bit staff were fab too we will be back soon x

Tonight we had our first take away delivered, which was the first time my husband had tried your food.

Booked a table Saturday for 6 people..it was a very hot evening and in the restaurant we were saying how hot we were..without us asking a member of staff increased the Aircon in our area. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was delicious..staff very attentive and the price reasonable..a very nice evening.

Best green tikka and crunchy crab .. this is now the only Indian I use to sit in and for take away .. I find Indian buffets rubbish and again for me thus is the best choice and value I’ve found over many years

nice food but they needed to be more friendly...i couldnt finish main as starter filled me up, so asked to take it away whilst the tables were being cleared... no response...i asked is that o.k then? just a nod,no smiles nothing as he hurried

back into kitchen.. didnt get my food back so we didnt leave a very good tip.managers response.. he doesnt speak much english, fair enough but he came across very rude.

It was our first time to the restaurant, decor to a high standard. We were a bit disappointed to the attentiveness of the staff. We were seen to table, 10mins later after asking we ordered drinks, had to ask how the buffet works, do we get a plate etc and no one said goodbye after we left. a note on buffet nothing was labeled up. So was pure guess what you was eating. Food was nice and we will probably return at some point. Just please acknowledge your customers more. I would of spent more money if I could of got hold of someone but gave up.

Well this is my 3rd attempt of trying this so called great place the restaurant is very well kept nicely decorated great appeance but each time we have been the service has got progressively worse this time a group of us booked a buffet meal we arrived & after about half an hour we went to the bar to get our own drinks which then was nearly an hour because of the wait at bar then eventually the Waiter asked what we wanted for starters which eventually came out. After finishing we asked if ther was any chance of having the menu to order our main, which surely we shouldn't have to do we then had to ask the waiters that was standing around to clear the plates which my girlfriend had collected up, during this time a group of around 10 people came in & our order by then had been taken we was still sitting there waiting for our main & these people was almost finished. by then a few of our group went elsewhere to get some food & then those of us that was left decided we had enough & decided to leave we all paid £10 deposit & just had a starter in around 2 1/2 - 3 hours & then we was told we was being unreasonable.would not ever go near the place again & advise people to do the same unless you're not hungry & have lots of spare time on your hands. steer clear

This is the second time we have here and it will be the last! Greeted by the most miserable man who put as at the back of the restaurant, I would assume as we had a child, when there were plenty of tables available. No high chairs available! They only have 2 for the entire restaurant even though we had booked in advance, so could have warned us to bring a booster seat or allocated one to us in the first place! Food was terrible, had to ask for buffet to be replenished, tasteless and food was only warm at best. No one offered us drinks even after I asked for someone to come and take our order, ended up going to the bar myself as staff were far to busy laying tables for the non existent customers when the restaurant was practically empty! We was in and out in 30 mins and what a horrible experience!

Really disapointed last night .... got charged way over the top ... manager tred to explain but made no sense .... i paid way over the top staff were rude considering we were the only people in there.... had to ask for heating to be turned on and the music ... never again
