Indian Chinese Cuisine is the adaptation of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to South Asian tastes. It is wide spread in certain localities in India, and is also enjoyed by Indians and Chinese communities in the Far East.

It is not to be confused that the name suggests Indian food and Chinese food served alongside. Our Restaurant is an Indian style Chinese cuisine.
