Why bother hunting around from shop to shop when you can get all what you want from here in one easy swoop and delivered fast to your door ?
I live out in the sticks so not many places around here provide all what I want.

I must admit I was worried about the reviews of things being close to the BBE date but, to my delight, all my spices had around 18 months to go and the flour 6 months (which is the same when I shop for bread flour) ... so worries all unfounded. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you

[2nd Order, part 3] (Day 5) Package received, everything there, nicely packaged. No sign of the partial refund yet. Might have gone under the minimum ordering amount by having one part removed, not sure. Better communication with customers would definitely improve the business. Customer satisfaction is always great when things turn out right. It's when they don't that you can really make a difference.
[2nd Order, part 2] (Day 3) Response received. Apparently the Pomegranate Seeds were out of stock. Not the Black Cardamom, which I didn't order anyway, nor any of the other items with "black" in the name that I did order that it could've been confused with. Order processed. I fully expect the order to arrive, hoping for the £3.90 to be refunded, and will take it from there: 2nd Order, part 3, coming soon to a theater near you. As a token of goodwill, I'm upping the rating to 3. If everything works out, and depending on the mood, I may go up to 4 again.
[2nd Order, part 1] (Day 0) Ordered. (Day 2) Nothing. Turns out order has been put on the side because part of it was out of stock, which I found out after 2 days because I contacted them. My impression: Would've waited until on-stock, without any form of feedback if I hadn't. Was asked how to proceed, answered them promptly (refund out of stock, send the rest on it's way). (Day 3) No reaction on my reply from 24 hours ago so far. Sent another e-mail. Dropped rating to two stars. Has this been the first experience, I wouldn't have placed an order again. One day away from dropping it to one star, have the credit card company refund, and let them sort it out.
[1st Order] Prompt delivery (3 working days) to The Netherlands. Everything there, nicely packaged. Nothing to complain about. It's my first order with them so I start out with 4 stars not 3, because it was an international delivery, so more that could've gone wrong. Subsequent orders will tell if the rating goes up or down.
The shop website remains, but I don't think there is anyone looking at it. I made out an order and got an automated acknowledgement, but no goods. The last reviews are dated February 2017, and the last updates to their Facebook and Twitter are October 2017. I think they've left the lights on but nobody is home - which is misleading.
Terrible, no products arrived even after paying over £6 for next day delivery. No refund processed even after three emails sent and not even a response from customer services. AVOID!
Rubbish company and customer service .... I have placed an order on 8th of July 2017 just purely for the Mangoes and paid extra for the next business day delivery.....I have emailed customer service on 11th of July 2017 as I did not receive my order on 9th of July (which was the next business day from the date of the order placed). They have emailed back saying I will receive my order on 12th of July. I have received my order on the 12th of July 2017 but there were no mangoes in the package. I have received a hand written note saying "so sorry - Mangoes season abruptly ended". I was like what is this, if you guys dont have mangoes to sell than why you taking order on your website ????? Also no one from Customer care bother to inform me.... I should have bought mangoes on the weekend itself for my kids if I knew I would not get any from Spice of India.... I always place my order at Redrickshaw and never had any issues.... Will never recommend Spice of India to anyone as its a Con company.... I generally dont bad mouth about anyone but the truth has to be told....Also I have been charged full money plus next day delivery charges.... NOT ACCEPTABLE
Received out of date items, tins are poorly packaged, not in authentic packaging, contact number doesn't go through so you can resolve the matter and also very overpriced, won't be ordering again.
Fired me for being 2 mins late and really nasty to there other staff
