Spill The Beans

This is a lovely shop with incredibly knowledgeable staff and delicious produce. The staff are very helpful and kind, I am so glad to have finally moved to Dorset and have this nearby. Spill The Beans is a brilliantly run shop and I thoroughly recommend a visit. I always find something new and exciting to try.

Spill the beans didn’t have exactly what I wanted today, but they looked it up and it’s being delivered tomorrow! Brilliant service, clean shop and adorably kind and friendly staff. Need to visit more often!

Since arriving in the UK in 2002 I have moved around many places and sadly seen quite a few Health Food Shops disappear (incl. the ones in Broadstone and Winton). It's nice to see a Health Food Shop that doesn't mostly sell protein powders for weight lifters, always has good stock of everything, regularly offers new products and almost every time I enter the shop there are customers around :). The staff being super friendly certainly helps and instantly upon entering the shop I feel comfortable :). The whole family loves shopping at Spill the Beans, we are so glad we have you in Wimborne :)!

I just love this shop. I've been coming in for years and the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I am trying to live a life with minimal plastic - the provision of so many things free from packaging, such as muesli, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices in Spill the Beans is brilliant and the staff were so helpful to me in filling the containers I brought to the shop with the items I needed and weighing accordingly. I really appreciate the efforts of this wonderful, independent shop and I love the heart that everyone puts in to running it. Thank you to all at Spill the Beans; one of my favourite shops :)

Found this shop while visiting the Bournemouth Orchid Show with my mother at the weekend. This is the best health food shop I have ever been in! It has everything from loose herbs, spices, dried fruit, grains to eco friendly makeup and cosmetics. The staff were so friendly too. Worth the trip down to Wimborne ever so often to visit this shop.

After a week of serious diarrhoea with no end in sight I got in touch with Jo who recommended a probiotic from Optibac, within 24hours my stomach had settled and I started to feel better. I’m now on a maintenance dose to ensure my gut health is restored…. Would highly recommend the team from Spill the Beans, excellent customer service snd product knowledge!
