Steve, Jamie and Suzannah delivered Stunning customer care and passion for the club, it's facilities and it's visitors. It's a big disappointment that the hotel above it doesn't replicate the leisure club. To Britannia Hotels.... You have the People and the Location in place , Sort the hotel out to compliment this. I shall return but NOT to stay , only to say hello to the people who care about where they work but are unable to improve it further due to owners who have NO customer care concerns just after what money and profit they can muster from very little or No outlay whatsoever. This gym is fantastic, the pool is never too crowded, the changing rooms are always clean and the gym is so tidy with everything you need in it. The staff are the best part of the club, Shelley and Jamie in particular work so hard its always so nice to see them, you even see them working on days off!

Excellent friendly gym, low cost and everything you need. Doesn't matter what your ability, what you wear, what you look like, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Staff are brilliant as well :)

The friendly, helpful staff are a huge selling point at this well maintained club.
