We're feeling a little bit guilty. We thought Toby had wrapped himself in bandages just to get a bit of sympathy while his Mum was away....... .....turns out he was properly injured. Can't fault the customer service or the experience - the team in the shop are professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about all cycling disciplines and willing to go the extra mile (they happily fitted our new bike roof rack on our car in the cold and dark �).

They have a really good range of known brands, I settled for something that meet my needs rather than wants, buy they certainly have the 'I wants' in there!

I went to lots of shops when I first started looking at a road bike. The staff at spiral answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have been and have always looked after me ever since great staff knowledge friendly and helpful

Great staff, friendly atmosphere and great service
