Slow, slow, slow. I've seen better service at most NHS hospitals. Either the nurses are very understaffed or very inefficient. Waited for an hour after admission time to get a room, then took 4h longer than realistically needed to get discharged...
Visited to complete some medical tests needed to get my Visa approved. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and made me comfortable throughout.
Had a Hip Replacement 6 weeks ago and am almost back to normal. Many thanks to Dr Plaha who is a true gentlemen and has done a very good job. Also thanks to all ward staff, nurses, and catering staff and physio's. Would certainly recommend this hospital.
Excellent service, kind and friendly consultant. Surprisingly good value as I had a procedure during my first consultation which I hadn't expected. Thoroughly recomend Prof Chowdray (excuse the spelling) in ENT
I was in for half a day recently for a small op. I loved everything about the hospital, the staff, my doctor, anaesthetist and nurses. All were very efficient and friendly. Would certainly recommend it and come back again if I ever needed something else done.
Fantastic hospital. Nurses were great - Sandra. So welcoming and caring. Great experience under the circumstances.
