Spire Washington's very own Mr Zaher Toumi has received some wonderful feedback from a patient this week! An expert Consultant Bariatric and Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeon, Mr Toumi has vast experience in his field and has helped numerous patients during his time here at Washington.
Mr Toumi will be holding a free weight loss information evening here at the hospital tomorrow evening for anyone that is considering weight loss surgery or would simply like to know more about it! The event is taking place between 6.15pm and 9.00pm.

Today is the first day of our week-long Spire Cycle Challenge! Thank you to Andy for opening the event and Hannah, our second biker of the day! Aiming to cycle 1000km this week and raise £1000 we are well underway.

The Spire Washington team look forward to beginning our week long Spire Cycle Challenge tomorrow! We begin with our physio Andy Appleyard that has kindly volunteered to get the event off to a start! In support of THET and St Cuthberts Hospice we hope to raise as much money as possible over the next week!

From Monday 24 to Friday 29 June Spire Washington colleagues will be cycling at the hospital in order to raise money for Tropical Health & Education Trust and St Cuthbert's Hospice - because we believe in supporting organisations that really make a difference!
