New moon blessings (For yesterday !!!üòÜ) One of the most difficult things about being a woman is the roller coaster or a spiral we flow in...every time I think "ok" there's another sharp turn and I have to adjust all over again hehe. This new moon was especially powerful being in power with Leo it's was very much about taking charge and getting you life on track to how you want it, focusing and achieving, breaking through self doubts, fears and anxieties and all the distractio...ns that tempt us off our paths. There was a massive rift yesterday and I know so many felt it. The energy from the goddess was amazing and empowering, that huge boost of divine feminine energy flooded in and was a very welcome gift to all who were open to accepting it. I know i have been pretty quiet on here but I have been super busy behind the scenes awakening so much that has been dormant for far too long. It's so easy to slip and loose your footing but the most important part of any journey is getting up and reaching your goals no matter how long they may take you achieve. Every path is unique and as important as the next. Never let an ego knock you down because an ego is a mask worn by those who hold no true power, the mask is their only claim to fame and that is as brittle as the material it's made from. See through it and be your true self, empowered and stronger then ever.

These extentions were originally braided in but Lavender decided to take the plunge so Lisa dreadded lavenders hair and put the synthetic dreads in as permanent extentions.

Such sad news today. He inspired so many to be themselves regardless of the grief he got. He was one of us. Suicide is not weak. It's not an easy thing to do. No one should ever feel so lost that suicide was the only way forward he could see. Remember the world today is horiffic at times with flashes of beauty and joy. So many brothers and sisters falling. We need to offer support and kindness to help build eachother up and stop knocking eachother down. He was a total warrior and one not to be forgotten. Be free and hope you find peace soon. I get asked quite alot if my dreads are synths or extentions... here is a before pic from years ago and he is me last week. I adore my dreads and don't miss my hair brush for a second hehe Dreads for life xx

I created 5 super long synth dreads out of two shades of blond to makes these look like sun kissed dreads to help thicken up this lpvekt ladies hair. It's a great way to get used to the idea of real dreads with a synth dreads trial to see if you would like to commit to real dreads but it's to remember because we don't use glues you always have the option to remove them if you so chose.

BRENDA is looking alot less creepy after some make up hehe... I'm working away getting her full head of dreads done so she can model them in-store for all to see.

Here is some before and after pictures of today's work. We had an awesome day in Leeds getting these dreadlocks all tidy again. I adore dreads and it's a great feeling when your dreads have freshly been tidied up. Much cooler in this weather too.

most freindly welcoming people iv met. very helpfull. i wa new to all this a while ago and they helped me understand more of what was going on. i condisder them my freinds.

even though i use a wheel chair when getting arround they always say sorry about the shop being small and i have told them its fine. i enjoy comming to see them the chair gets parked up outside. i would do anything to pay them back for the kindness they have showne me.

Went to todmorden today for a day trip and didn't know anything of the shop. I had walked past and I knew I had to go in. I made a few purchases and was welcomed by Lisa and Barry. Will deffo be calling again in a couple of week.

Today was a very special day for me and my husband....patiently prepared and planned with Lisa. We had the loveliest handfasting in a magical place where the sea meets the sky...the sun was shining and it was perfect. Barry was so kind and spoke so truly about what we were doing...it was amazing. I can say we have never met such lovely people....Thank you x

Spiritual Connections is a wonderful little shop, My wife and I were handfasted by the lovely Lisa and Barry who own the shop. There is always a friendly welcome awaiting anyone who calls in. Both Lisa and Barry know their stuff and can help and advise anyone who is new to the lifestyle. Until we moved to Whitby, we made sure that any trip to that beautiful little town always involved a trip this great establishment.

I’m so pleased this shop has come to Todmorden. Barry and Lisa are beautiful people, really helpful - they sourced me a titanium aura quartz crystal my son had seen. Even with my vague description of what I was after Lisa was so patient and helpful. She also did my daughter’s dreads and they look amazing �

I'm so pleased that Spiritual Connections chose Todmorden to be their new home. The handmade jewellery is first class and they have an excellent range of incense. I can vouch for the quality of their sage; I bought a packet a few days ago and it burns well with a powerful aroma. The shop has a very welcoming atmosphere, and Barry is both friendly and knowledgeable. I have booked a Tarot reading for the weekend (very reasonable fee) which I am looking forward to immensely. I love this shop, wonderfully helpful people run it, and nothing is too much trouble. great delivery turnaround for ordered goods and there is great and wide selection of goods. I would recommend it to anyone. been shopping with them for at least five years and don't see any reason why I wont for at least another 5!

Have had lots of jewellery from the shop over the years. I love Lisa's Handmade creations. No job is too big or small. Lovely family business and great shop too. Can not recommend enough. The lovely Lisa went above and beyond crafting and installing my synthetic dreads. She was so thoughtful and gave fab advice. I feel 100% comfortable with my new locks and I adore how they turned out. If you are considering dreads, real or synthetic it is most definitely worth a trip to Todmorden and their fab shop ÔøΩ

Called in after a recommendation by friends... Very welcoming and friendly with a wide range of of all things witch, spiritual, pagan etc... from books and tarot to jewellery and clothing. Had a lovely chat with them and my wife even signed the guest book. They also took a photo of us outside the front of the shop for their album (though we have yet to see it lol)... Will definitely call in again next time we are in Whitby. Thank you for making us feel welcome :)
