Little update, not much has changed realy, we are still here. The hours remain the same as per the pinned post, and its still a locked door and 1 in 1 out policy, and these are for drop offs and order collections only. Phone orders are working well as is the collection area at the front of the shop. We are not open for browsing, hence the emphasis on calling and messaging with your enquiry first. We are also still selling bikes, on the same basis as the above..., call us or message us with what you would like and we will go through your options and prepare one we have or order one in for you. NHS staff, essential workers,emergency services and the like, you are still getting free servicing and emergency repairs to ensure you can still get too and from work. A few people have also asked about the coffee hub, this is also closed, however, emergency services, NHS and essential staff, if you are passing and would like one, give us a knock and tell us what you would like and we will happily make you one to takeaway free of charge #fuelledbycaffiene

What a week it has been already, and its not even over! We want to say a few massive thankyous
Firstly, thankyou to all of the NHS staff, other key workers and emergency services that are at the forefront of this pandemic, absolute heroes, and our hope is that everyone continues to appreciate you as much as we do when this is all over
... Secondly, to our customers. Like alot of other business', we have completely changed what we offer and how we offer it, and like the stars that you are you are doing everything you can to adapt to that transition. And a very speicial thanks to all those of you that have called and messaged us to see how we are getting on through it all aswell, at the end of it, we like so many other business owners are the same, we go home, and deal with the same worry around all of this as you, so thankyou again for taking your time for us
And thirdly, to the peoole most of you don't ever see, our suppliers, our distributors, our reps. We are all in this together, and they are doing everything they can to ensure we all continue as best as we can during this time, and putting practices in place to ensure that, aswell as to ensure theirs, ours and your safety

Afternoon everyone. Have to say, we were suprised by the lack of April fools jokes we saw today, but we assume that everyone has the same view that this years been enough of a joke as it is. Some of you will of seen that our main website has been taken down, the reason for this is that it shows a large number of items that we can order but are not in physical stock, so until theres a bit more clarity on the current situation, we will have a temporary site that only shows item...s that we actually have in stock, that way we avoid any supply issues that may arise. This will be up in the next couple of days. We can still order items/bikes that won't be listed but its best to message or call us for those so we can check stock and availability at that time. Standard delivery under £25 is £2.99, above £25 and including bikes is free delivery. Sorry for the long post,stay safe and be sensible 👍🏾

Morning campers
We are still operating as per our pinned post, and we are keeping to and enforcing it, for everyones safety.
The drop off and collection points for bikes and phone/click and collect orders are still at the front of the shop and are there to keep to the distancing measures. ... We would also like to thank everyone who has supported us through the current situation, regardless of the way, it affects everybody and its important to do what we can for who we can.

Morning Everyone
A little update after yesterday, if you could, please read below
It seems that bike shops are able to stay open, and with that in mind, we will be for the time being so that we can continue to offer our services to key workers and emergency services that rely on their bikes to commute to and from work.... Free servicing and emergency repairs for the above also, and those that do not fall under that catagory, please respect it
Where possible, please contact us, either by phone, email or via our social media prior to popping in to check we have what you need or can do what you require, its to avoid unnecesary journeys and contact. We will then be able to have the item ready for you to collect.
The door will be closed and locked, please knock for us and we will come to you.The number of people instore will be limited as well, please do not be offended if you are asked to wait, as long as everyone follows what we are requesting, it wont be for long. When we refer to people being allowed in store, this is limited to those that are mentioned above and to those collecting phone orders from the collection table at the front of the store, and all phone orders are to be payed for over the phone at point of ordering. If you turn up for a mooch around, you will be turned away.As a business we obviously don't want to be telling people not to come to us, but unless you need to, don't, we don't expect anyone there other than who need us.
All deliveries via courior will also now be free of charge

Well, i think we all expected that didnt we. Hopefully everyone enjoyed their days at the beach over the weekend......
We will get onto what we need to sort tomorrow and contact everyone that we need to and go from there 💪🏾

So as it stands, we are still open, this and hours of opening mat change so please check before heading down. We are following all guidlines set out by the Government and health organisations and making sure that we keep oursleves and our customers as safe as possible at all times. As we said before, where possible please refrain from touching items in store, we are here to help so please ask and again if you are showing any symptoms or feel you may have come into contact with anyone who has, please follow the guidlines as updated. Card and contactless payments are preferred, we also have other ways to pay so please ask. We will do everything we can to help you with what you need, we are happy to post items and deliver where possible, and if you don't need to go out, don't 👍🏾

So the weeks certainly not getting any better, and even more so for some business sectors. As before, we are open until we are told otherwise, the coffee hub is here offering takeaways only. Remember, every small and independant business needs your support through this time, help them where you can. Get a takeaway from your local pub, buy your gifts from a local independant, use the local butchers and farmshops, even if your just popping in to say hello

We know alot of you that word normally use public transport are now going back to the trusty bike. If it needs some tlc, drop it in and we can sort it for you, and if you want to wait while we do it, theres a comfy sofa, coffee and cake!!

Morning everyone. Obviously the world is having a bit of a situation right now so we thought we had best address where we stand on it and answer the multitude if messages we have recieved regarding it over the last few days.
--we will continue to trade until such a time as the government decides to stop it --anybody showing symptoms of the Covid-19 virus are asked not to visit the store and to follow the latest government guidlines --if our customers could minimise cash trans...actions, that would be great, we have chip and pin and contactless, paypal,bank transfer and pretty much any other way of sending money --if you are working from home and require something, call us, we will deliver it ourselves or get a courior to do so --if you are self isolating and need something from us, call us, we will get it to you, and if theres anything else we can do, again, call us and we will help where we can --our main door will be propped open so there is no need to use the door handles, and all inside surfaces and toilet areas are cleaned regularly, please dont pull every single brake lever and pinch every single tyre, they all pretty much feel the same --we have coffee, lots of it, word is hot drinks help kill it, sooo caffinate to operate --support us, along with all the other independants where your can, we all rely on you awesome lot to continue offering what we do and what you want, and everyone being told to stay at home has an impact on us all, remember, we are only a phone call away, or slide into our dms on social media
