Never seem enough staff in this shop you always seem to go looking for them. I went in to purchase a pair of trainers in there for 30 minutes.

I was there looking around staff was friendly and polite

What a pleasant surprise.

Read a number of bad reviews about Sports Direct but the service I received couldn't have been any better.

Needed some football boots for my lad and trainers for my daughter.
To be honest the way the shoes were laid out wasn't great but a member of staff obviously saw I was struggling and came over to help me.

He couldn't have been more helpful, was polite, knowledgeable and we got exactly what I wanted.

As it happened, when I got them home and my lad tried them on they were a bit tight. I took them back the next day and had absolutely no problem swapping them for the next size up and was equally impressed by the member of staff who did this for me.

Not great customer care. Staff sometimes don't want to deal with you.

i am so fed up with this store. No one ever answers the telephone. Sometimes I don't like to drive an hour round trip to find you don't have something!!!!!!!
