The Pavilion incorporates a top quality Gym, designed and equipped by Nautilus to satisfy the requirements of both the serious sports competitor and those just looking to improve and maintain their own levels of fitness.

The Gym is quiet (access is restricted to gym members only), efficient and has enough pieces of Nautilus gym equipment to satisfy the most demanding users.

Professional Trainers are on hand to carry out each members induction, to ensure that the correct equipment is used and that no-one tries to use equipment incorrectly.
