Some of this weeks work.
997 for an exhaust replacement complete with manifolds. All 12 retaining bolts snapped off. Re-worked support hangers and installed Porsche manifolds with Dansk final silencers.

Geometry setup day!

Today’s little project...
Full Kline exhaust on a Porsche 996 Turbo.

993 Turbo gearbox going back together.

Installation of a 996 C4S exhaust system including headers.
12 retaining bolts and 8 snapped off.
Drill has earned its keep this month. 🙂
... New final silencers and headers being installed, we also cut off the heavily corroded exhaust hanger bracket supports and fabricated some new stainless steel base plates out of 10mm stainless flat bar.
New stainless steel fasteners used all round.

How can car manufacturers think this would be OK... remove a rear bumper/spoiler for an air filter. Alright we are replacing the exhaust but seriously..? (2015 Porsche 991 Turbo)

Today’s little job, Porsche Boxster S with engine oil in the cooling system.
Bank 1-3 cylinder head has a small crack allowing oil to be pumped into the coolant gallery around valve guide.
