I paid a visit yesterday to buy a child's mouth guard. I was directed upstairs. They have a lift as I had a pram but there is usually stock inside when I have paid visits before. This time I had to move a clothing rail to reach the lift. It is narrow with seemingly too many clothes rails to easily navigate with a pram, I imagine it would be harder with a wheelchair! However they had a good selection of mouth guards & I was able to make a purchase.

So much attitude with the staff and even better the manager was standing next to the colleague that had the attitude and that was moaning at customer and he would not say nothing to the worker. One member of staff working on the shoes and when I went to till the all I got from the worker was that she was not trained on shoes. Lose the attitude and more customers will shop there.

Long waiting time until you'll fimd someone free to help check shoes sizes.... sometimes it's not that bad but sometimes it's taking even

There seems to be an attitude problem with staff here. They don't want to help customers. They keep hiding or pretend to be very busy with nothing. I have been to this store more than 5 times in spite of the poor service I received as I find many attractive products for the whole family. My recommendations are that the staff are retrained on customer service and monitoring through mystery shopping on a weekly basis until they show improved attitude. Nowadays you get better service in a petrol station than at sports direct - High Wycombe

Extremely unhappy with the customer service.had an issue with one of the Nike trainers,wanted to exchange for a bigger size as the size 4 as it says would fit a size 3,really hurted my feet as I had to wear it for the day.went there to exchange and the manager wasn't helpful at all,instead he said I should have tested it wearing at home in the carpet to make sure it would be OK and said i should try and sell it for friends if I wasn't happy?seriously? As I can see a manager should direct customer instead of giving stupid advise.keep wondering why is he there for..still can't find the form to complain in the website.

Awful staff. They haven't updated their prices.

Rubbish absolutely appauling waiting for over 20mins staff very rude.

Went to look at for some work boots and ended up tripping over all the hat hangers because the staff are rubbish and poor quality didn't even say sorry
