Very good clothing and sportswear. Good quality footballs can be located upstairs, don't bother trying to buy the sondico balls as they are either sold flat, or will go flat in the next week. The sell all types of sports equipment and also sell bags.

Staff are helpful and seem happy enough.

Changing rooms can be found downstairs behind the counter.

the sales assistants is rubish they dont care about customers and the managment this same event they havent got the cameras 🎥 in a shop ,do not recommend to go in this shop.

You can get some cheap sports stuff. I got some sandals this time. There ok but probably won't last the summer. Busy place, not many staff and too much stuff.

Clothes and shoes are cheap both in price and quality but the staff are hopeless. All young people with a complete lack of training. Never enough tills open, never enough people to help in footwear, but other people filling shelves and other non customer related activities. They even start emptying tills an hour before closing, so there are 3 people behind the counter and only one till that can be used. The shop systems are terrible as well, if you bring something back in store they will only give you a credit note, but send it back using sportsdirect.co.uk and you get a full refund! Only gets 2 stars because of their prices but don't believe their promotions everything is always at least 25% of "normal prices"and most things are 50% off. I bought the same tracksuit a year later at the same price 50% off normal!

Awful! Young staff whose serving the customer from cashier whose serving the customer is appalling attitude. She's should not there but instead try to have more training how to serve customer the way she would like to be serve. No PR. Spoken to Cris manager and bless him. He's the one apologising in behalf for his staff. Sort them out...

Agree with others, it's packed full. Not a great shopping experience

Very cramped and claustrophobic feeling. (Pile it high, sell it cheap!) Staff are only average but clothing wise a good bargain can be had.

Good bargins, even if you disregard the multiple original original retail price tickets. A little under staffed especially in footwear
