Useless staff, poor selection, feels like an indoor counterfeit market. A chavs paradise!

I purchased a safety shoe recently and felt very discomfort after wearing for few hours. my feet got swollen and paining because of this shoe discomfort, after went to return the shoe on the 3rd day of purchase with receipt in original condition. Comfort cannot be decided within few minutes inside store, only you can check size in the store. But this stupid store manager refused to exchange or refund. Replied once purchase and taken out from the store its not refundable or exchangeable whatever problem you face with it. Never mentioned this any where in receipt or in terms and conditions.Very awful manager, very rude. Ridiculous cheater. Never ever purchase anything from this store or recommend anyone. Worst experience.

Great experience was very fast service which was very good. I got served by a female staff member called Brittany and she was very polite and patient with me. I recommend going to this store in the future I know I will

Great place to shop especially if you love sports. I had a great experience shopping there. Everything was on sale. Good prices. They had all I asked for and they were helpful.

The manager here is a robbing ****. Very rude. Didn't want to help or deal either my enquiry. He put me off using this chain of shops in the future. I do want to say though the till staff were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Loads of staff but never any around to get sizes for you or enough staff on tills. They walk past you completely don't ask if you want help. . Most shoes I ask for in a size when I eventually get someone are never ever in stock

Went to store at 7.10pm to be told they were closed, website clearly states open until 8pm on Wednesdays.
Staff un-interested and stated that times changed over a week ago........I said website still said 8 but was told probably not got round to updating.
Excellent customer service as normal, staff dont want to be there and not happy to help, bit inconvenient if you actually want to buy anything!

A certain Callum Cardwell, whom I have seen many others complain about in this thread, was very aggressive towards me when I declined to buy a magazine that he was forcing upon me. Awful young man, I shall be going to Intersport in the future

Terrible customer service. Tried to return trainers that fell to bits and subjected to wishy washy responses by general staff who 'went to speak to the Manager' who failed to appear. General rules of returns on the high street appear not to apply to Sports Direct.
