Customer service is thin on the ground and sometimes more interested its phone than serving the customer.

Was in there for 20 minutes asking for assistance and gave up.

I took a t shirt back yesterday with know receipt ..it was over two months when i bought it where was no problem they were brilliant thanks

Helpful staff good range of products.

A deceptively large shop with parking! Plenty of walking shoes for good prices (mostly karrimor). They even go up to size 15 which is great.

id give them less if icould i wanted siuze 9s but they refused to let me by them for no good reason never going there again

Good range, some specialist stuff.

This is a discount sportswear store. The range is amazing, and the staff have always helped me when needed. Customer service can suffer in this kind of retail environment, but sports direct Kendal has no problem in this regard.
