Be careful what you buy as the shop does not refund if the item is unsuitable even if never worn and with all labels in place.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Not bothered to help and everything is an inconvenience. Shop elsewhere.

I was served by two different members of staff in the shoe section. One was a smart bloke that new a lot about football boots, I'm defiently going to buy my football boots from him again, I'd advise anyone reading this to do the same, he was blond, in a red top and English, always in the football area if you're looking out for him. The other was a short, foreign bloke in a blue top, he sold me some running shoes. Great service again got the shoes quickly. The girl at the till was very polite. All in all I was in and out of the shop in about 45 minutes, quickest time I've spent buying shoes. Fantastic!

I went to buy some boots for my son and was greeted by a lovely young English chap, very knowledgeable about football and boots. I would recommend him if you want good service. All the other staff seemed lovely and the entire shop was great. Much better than JD across the road!

Hilarious going there. Foreign staff. For example. Asking for shorts I was shown shoes. Then socks. I then had to play charades to explain what shorts were. Lord knows what reaction I would have got if I'd asked for a cricket box!

Have driven to Worthing today as the website clearly stated open today 10.30.to.4.30 and is now stating closing soon at4.15 but the shop was very clearly closed with the shutters down. It was not possible for me to collect an order placed online a week ago at a cost of £4.99
