Very big shop, likely to have what you need. Organised and the staff seem ok.

Unmotivated, unless staff, who keep you waiting for ages. Every time I go in I have the same pathetic experience, expecting it to have been a one off issue the last time, but it's the same every time. How hard is it to check a shoe size and get a box? Minimum wage is too good for some people.

Appalling customer service, if you don't want to serve 10 minutes before closing shut the doors was told twice that they were closing in 10 minutes serious attitude problem here. Dingy store that resembles a jumble sale plus prices on their own website are cheaper than in store. Avoid at all costs!

It's a huge store that's just a jumbled mess. You wander round looking for say jogging bottoms which are in about 4 different places around the store.
A store this size selling primarily clothes really should have more than one changing room, it's ridiculous.

Tried to rip me off by putting an £18 ball with a £12.50 price tag. No one even the manager didn't discount me for their mistake.

Not interested in serving, more interested in going home. Listening to staff slag off other staff. If u want a friendly place to shop that would like you to buy loads of there goodies. GO TO ANOTHER SPORT SHOP.

Just been refused entry by a member of staff 10 mins before closing. I came to collect a parcel which has been delivered to the store. Rushed from finishing work at 5:30 to reach the store for 5:50. Shocking. Wasted journey

Appaling customer service, I could not get through on the phone with a simple query. So I visited the store in person. Was told by a staff member that they have been instructed by their manager to ignore incoming phone calls.
Demotivated staff, and low stock levels added further frustration to my visit.
Not impressed at all.

worth a visit

Terrible service, items are mostly dodgy seconds, been to numerous stores up and down the country. Staff seem demotivated, probably because 80% are on zero hours contracts and don't have a sense of belonging or team.
