Terrible customer care, Tried calling no answer.

I am staggered by the unhelpfulness, incompetence and unprofessionalism of staff including managerial. Three weeks to organise the simplest of tasks, and still no success. Worst shopping experience ever. I will gladly pay the very slightly 4% higher rate of the next retailer than go through that arduous marathon. Very very poor at best.

Had a shelf fall from height onto my face only to be told by SD H&S that I should of asked a member of staff (who did nothing when this happened!) to get it down. So my own fault! Enter at your peril! Can you give a minus score?!

When I walked in their was no staff at the till and I had to find a staff. I bought a air bed and I returned it in the box it came in and with the receipt. So I got told I can't return the air bed because it's the company policy and which seems a bit weird because in other stores your able to return the item and get your money back or exchange it for another item. So i said to the woman at the till that in topman you can return the item and get your money back. I told her as an example and she seemed angry "but we're not topman" what she said to me. In the end I took the voucher instead. I don't think I will be shopping here in the near future

I had to search inside the store for help and even then I was met with no hello just `yes?` In both stores the staff seemed to be allowed to be doing what they want with the attitude of having to be there rather than want to be.
A very large selection of everything means customer service is a must and rewarded in company profits.I suggest the management look into this unless the business is closing down then they have the correct staff in place.

Customer Service was very poor. Asked a member of staff for a pair of trainers I wanted to purchase. She just walked off and left me as if she was going to get them. Waited. Saw her later and she could see I had not left. She then again went off into the back room avoiding me. Lost out on a sale. At least I saved £50. Will never shop here again.
