The two stars are for the products, which are great and brilliantly priced. I cannot give anymore stars as the staff here are absolutely appalling.

Sportsdirect sells great products at competitive prices. No doubt i will shop again in other branches. But the branch in croydon centrale is so bad in terms of staff. They stand behind counters and the excuses are always about training staff. Spoke to Manager Daniel who is not helpful at all. Advice is to avoid this branch. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Walked in a 4.43 on sunday and was shouted at by staff member who said the shop was closed...I.asked what time they close she said five. The manager then ran up to me and said I had a minute as they close at five and I said it wasn't even 4.45. He then told me as people need to use the till I have a minute to make my selection and started to.rush me. I walked out to them turning customers away and then they decided to start saying its EiD and using that as an excuse to close early. They shouldn't be using that as an excuse for shouting at people. I happily then went and speny my money in Argos...wont step foot in there again ever

Worst service ever with staff treating customers with contempt when we complained about 30 minutes wait to be served. Totally wrong!

This place is OK and it is WONDERFUL. But there is one thing: waiting time. When I go to buy something,( Shoes especially), I have to wait HOURS to go to buy them. I still like the shop though. Wide range of products and very good staff😀😀😀

Sports direct is very good, I buy most of my sport related things here including clothes ands rucksacks etc. It just this branch that disappoints me. Terrible service plus it get packed in the holidays and weekends. I would prefer going to the valley park branch, its very good. The delivery arrives in store in 1 day. Not far from my house.

Large store, wide range of goods

Just as bad as the rest of the stores. Very over stocked and useless staff.
