Very helpful staff. God my badminton equipment from here and never regretted any purchase I made.

Staff are treated shockingly and surprisingly it means they aren't going to be as motivated about their jobs. Mike Ashley has gone back on his word to treat staff with dignity and pay them. Some staff are even owed money! If you shop here then you support slave working conditions (zero hour contracts and agency staff being paid less than minimum wage.) The managers here also intimidated their staff today when Unite the Union were handing out leaflets regarding their shoddy business practices.

Worst customer service I ever experienced anywhere! Was there Saturday, 18 March 2017 to get new footie boots for my son. Only two staff members on top floor. The young lady only seemed to rush about between store room and the opposite end, probably having been bossed about by the other guy. The male only ever saw to us briefly, his attitude was that he didn't really want to serve us as both verbal and non-verbal communication clearly demonstrated. He handled the shoes and other goods very carelessly, just flung them at people or back at the place, even told us he had given us the size 4 shoes although he had given us the 3 to try first and only WE got the 4 ourselves after the 3 wasn't right for my son. The man also stayed longer with people of his own background and spoke to them for longer. When we went downstairs to pay for the shoes my son had chosen, the shoes never arrived at the till. A younger staff member from downstairs tried to help but then was called to help out at the tills. The shoes never arrived after more than 5 min waiting time, so we walked out - WITHOUT buying the shoes - to buy the required shoes at JD Sports nearby, where the service was excellent!

1* for the staff, is unacceptable the waiting times, how they relate to customers, please take measures!!!
