Sports Direct

Recently visited this large store for a pair of trainers. Lots to choose from.
Staff very helpful& friendly.👍

Came in the store as a wheelchair user having just been discharged from hospital, and one male member of staff stood by the door goes "our lifts not working". I assume this was because I was a woman and the ladies clothing is upstairs, but I found this very rude and assumptious. Turned around and went straight back out - felt like I couldn't even browse the ground floor if I wanted because "the lifts not working". May aswell have told me to get out to be honest.

Very poor service while 3 salesmen saw to one customer after asked them to get us the size we wanted never bothered to get it one stared at us making me feel very uncomfortable started to go through the boxes till we found the size we wanted found the pay counter and left never to return

Good experience buying a pair of shoes - staff were helpful. Shoes good value. Whole process quick and easy.

Very very poor customer services.
I went there to buy a boot when the guy came with it in the box had two left pair. Then he went back to change and came with one pair darker than the other so I asked him. How come it is darker than the other one and he said because it was on display and the other one not so I asked him. Can u get me one that is not on display so both looks the same colours and he looked at Me and said no that's all we going to have. He never even made an effort to go change that for me. Instead he let me go without anything and lost a sale which was £80. I'm fuming to be honest because of the poor customer services provided buy your people there. He could 100% got both pair the same colour but he was so lazy that he chose to lose a sale over sort my problem out.never come back there again in my life. Worst customer services ever.

Just bought 1 pair of shorts and got charged for 2. Tried to call 4 different stores and none of them are answering there phones. I'm going to take a guess that I will not be getting my money back.

Nice store but had to wait for half an hour to collect a pair of shoes. Staff weren't very helpful- fogot about me.

Not very good everything I wanted was always out off stock

Service in all the bristol branches are very poor. Staff are rude!
Only ever go into a sports direct unless i really have to. It turns out they do not have any staff to answer a phone but when you go in there, they are all stood around doing nothing. Very frustrating. 20 years ago you could ring a shop and reserve an item. Sports direct still are not there yet
