THINK TWICE before you shop there!! They give you a credit note if you return something! I have a credit note from them which is still in date but they said it's out of date because the date is in US format! What a load of rubbish!!!!!! I would give 0 star if I could.

Great place to shop.exelent products at great prices.

Great selection of clothes and products but 3 of the staff were so rude to me and my friend. The shoe assistant eye rolled and looked angry when we asked for help. Bad customer service.

I don't normally go into sports direct as most stores are a bit rubbish, but oh my goodness this is 3 floors of good stuff. Middle floor has loads of stuff you wouldn't expect and the top floor has the biggest selection of running shoes I've seen anywhere!! Was shocked! Only docking a star as they didn't have any shoes in my size which to be fair is on the larger size.

The worst place to buy Voleyball ball after butchers shop. Ground floor workers sent to 3rd floor and 3rd floor assistant sent to groud floor. That is nonsense, sport shop needs to have all types of balls but not just football.

Football stuff in top floor, but if you want to buy Leeds United stuff you need to go to the stadium.

Really good range and obviously cheap. Getting to mysterious 4th floor can be a test of your orienteering skills.

Not even hellishly busy on Saturday and not cramped and packed to the rafters like most sports direct.

Yeah it takes a while to queue, staff are stretched to limits, a fault of the company, not this shop. Staff do a great job and the range of equipment on offer here is more than any other sports direct I've been to. If like to see more American football gear but I fully recognise is a niche sport at the moment. I do love the range of under armour gear though, never seen it in stores anywhere else to this extent.
