Just bought some trainers and I was served by a very helpful and friendly young man thankyou

Anybody who shops here knows what to expect. Only advice I can give is double check the sizes. I have on a few occasions tried on a certain size of a certain brand and once i' d got my size I'd buy accordingly only to find one of the items considerably smaller than the others despite the labels saying they're the same

Customer service is shocking and you cannot return items for a refund only exchange or credit note

Stood 15 mins in cue while other girl to lazy to serve on other till.Would rather clean sports bottles, when asked to jump on she said no, few people behind me also said let's just leave. losing sales sports direct!

Customer service could be better. But plenty of good bargains .☺

Nice cheap shop always handy

Pile it high and sell it ( relatively ) cheap. If you need something sporty then it's worth a visit, but do shop around because it's not always the cheapest option....
