Can't give no stars! Bought trainers online. ripped off for £5 postage to store got a voucher that I didn't need. Trainers too large. Shop had smaller size but wanted to charge me £16 more for the same pair. Then wanted £5 postage for them to return the shoes to their online store. Absolute load of s**t. Dreadful customer service too.

Trying to get children's shoes. Feels like your putting staff out when asking for assistance. That's if you can find a staff member of shop floor. Tried asking for 4 different shoes in the size I wanted,to be informed that they did not have them in stock. Can order online but won't deliver to store and have to pay for it. Thought the point of having such a large store was to accomadate shoppers wanting to purchase items that they display for sale in store.

We haven't been to a Sports Direct store for years and we're dubious, however we were served by an assistant, Gina, who was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. Very pleasant shopping experience, I find that if you treat the staff with respect and not rudely you will in turn be treated the same way?

It is almost impossible to find a member of staff to assist in looking for football boots in chosen size and then when you finally manage to get someone, they aren't much help anyway. Maybe when it's quiet, the till workers should go out onto the shop floor and assist.

Yeah there are not enough staff in the shop floor and they look overworked, but if you treat them like humans and not little slaves then they'll help you out really good and they're nice people. Minus 1 star for not enough staff.

What a strange shopping experience. First be willing to spend a few pounds more than you'd pay anywhere online, then navigate their aggressively trained sales staff (the guy who served me tried to upsell me expensive insoles while trying on shoes 4 times despite me quite clearly saying I wasn't interested), and god forbid should you have any aftersales issues; I tried to change a pair of shoes I had bought 3 hours earlier for a size up and was treated like a criminal.

Never had a retail experience like it - would advise anyone else to just go online, this shop doesn't provide any service whatsoever for your extra money.

Yeah, I'm not paying five quid to deliver to store. Utterly absurd.

I love Wrestling. Especially the attitude era when girls got their puppies out. That was good.
