Bit cramped and over stocked. Not the best organization during the checkout process.

Pure customer service, was waiting about 20 min for shoes, lady didn't rush to bring them from storeroom, then que in a till and only 1 cashier. 30 min spend just to buy 1 pair of shoes.

Wait ages to get the trainers bought down then wait again to pay. Staff not very clued up as to size of their trainers, one says they have half sizes another says they dont..good prices tho

My friend wanted to take the lift because she didn't want to take the stairs (against my will), and we honestly had the FRIGHT OF OUR LIFE!!!! The lift seemed dodgy and old and it stopped for quite a few seconds (maybe 20 seconds or more) and for a moment we thought we were trapped. The lift was slow and the doors took ages to open. We felt a shaking sensation in the lift and it was honestly so scary- fix your lift or I'm not coming back!!!!!

Great variety. Has everything you need. Shoes are of good quality. Staff can be helpful but not too effective. Service occasaionaly takes a while and queues can be very long.

I like to do my shopping there. Very good personal, usually provided help and advice)))

Pure customer service. More important to keep conversation woth colleges then help to custumers. I was just ignored.

Not enough staff.
And some the female staff speak no English. Especially the blonde one.
Shame.

Limited staff for such a big store. Service is therefore slow and can be hard to find staff to help you.

Yesterday I bought shoes from you and I have got to be the size I need a size bigger is possible to change?
