One more half-Saturday wasted, waiting when staff will eventually appear in women's trainers corner to bring my size. Asked for help at the till, they said I need to wait. It is third time when I come and go with no purchases just because staff is hiding somewhere!!! I won to't come here again.

Staff are relaxed, informative and helpful. Shop is clean and well arranged

I actually love the sales got my son a pair of Everlast sandals he loves and I love the Price

Went to pick up click n collect order. Freebies were not in pack!

Was not nice at all. Coffee horrible, ice tea flavour weak, hot choc average. So overall we didn't enjoy the drinks.

Verry poor. Nobody ask you what you need and when you ask them, they are offenced. After that, when you are going to pay, they don't have time for you, asking to whait one second .

Received the worst customer service ever! Black female staff upstairs in blue sports direct t-shirt and blue tracksuit bottoms was very rude and unhelpful to myself and my wife when we simply asked her to check an item up on the shelf. Visit to the store was on 22/03/17 at 19.40 - Greenwich - 183. For the poor service alone we will be returning the item we purchased until we get a formal apology from sports direct and will be making no further purchases from this store.

A good shop nice and cheap but a little squashed with a wheelchair, they need to think about people moving around or I need a flying wheelchair or car like chitychity bangbang

No issues encountered except that that 'care for no one' security at the entry. Store chain's personnel policies that came in the news do not have any reflections on staff behaviour. Happy with range, choices and the most the sweet meat discounts. 5*****

Not the best customer service. The store has a ton of football boots and this is the place we come for the latest and greatest! Situated in the Charlton shopping complex and surrounded by other super stores. Easy to find and loads of car park space.

I went in last week on Saturday on a search for two pairs of childrens running shoes in desperate need for the Mini Marathon for my two daughters. I was served by two lovely Asian girls who were able to provide me with fast and efficient service, one of the best I've received from any retail stores in a very long time. Very polite, helpful and chatty and even entertained my little girls for me while I was looking for their shoes.
