Disgusting service, staff refused to help me find the item i was looking for in the store claiming it’s not their section so it’s not their responsibility. Terribly low stock on Nike and Adidas items. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s just a waste of time visiting that store in Bromley.

It's fair to say I avoid this shop at all costs but was pleasantly suprised last sunday, was served by a young blonde girl who was very chatty and knew exactly what I was looking for, was also surprisingly enthusiastic! Only complaint is for such a big shop you would think they would have customer toilets, my son had to quickly go to kfc which wasn't ideal but all in all best experience I've had in there. Also large que which was going very slow especially when you have a 5 year old who needs the toilet!!

Good place to grab trainers and sports gear especially for kids as they're cheaper than most so I will always check in here first. Very good for games equipment.

Staff at attitude very bad. Not very helpful. Been couple of times and got same attitude from different staff. They seem to be annoyed when customers ask for assistance

Opening hours advertised as 9am-7pm, unless they decide to close early of course, which they do. So all a bit hit and miss really, much like the customer service instore. Can't beat their prices though - maybe in a few years time they will learn in the same way Ryanair did, and that's good customer service does pay dividends - they're certainly not there yet.

Horrible customer service! If you have the opportunity to buy online do it because if you go there will be waste of time.

Worst customer service ever! The staff willing to chatting with each other more then doing they job!!!! Not bothering at all about customers! I would give zero star!!! Terrible service!

Great store with vast range of sports clothing.
I go there all the time as it is a couple of blocks from me and all I can say it is good value for money.

Terrible customer service. Had over 5 memory of staff on shop floor made eye contact with everyone of them either a shoe inyou hand all looked unbothered. Went to a till staff were struggling to deal with qeues. Did I mention that one of the members where crying on shop floor. By the looks of it staff are not even compassionate about thier colleagues. Shambles. Was willing to spend money. How are they still open?
