Too hot inside shop.Horrible service and no sizes ...staff sleepy hiding around.no one help..loughing from us..with child waiting for an hour to get shoes..to young lazy staff..

On the 31st of august I went into sports direct in Hastings and purchased a pair of jeans size 2-3 years for my 20month old little boy. I didn't try them on my lb as they were a size up from his actually size 18-24months. Anyways this morning (1st of September) it looked abit over cast so I decided to put them on him and although they were a tiny bit big around the waist I liked them and so did he so I left them on him. What with the British weather I packed a pair of shorts just incase the sun came out whilst I was out. So as I'm sitting having coffee it got quite warm so thought I would change him from his jeans to shorts, as I went to take the jeans off him the cuffs around the ankle was stuck, after about 5minutes of me and my friend trying to get the pair of jeans of my lb, nothing was working and I had to cut threw the elastic on the cuff to be able to get them off (whilst my son was screaming) Now these jeans are a size up from what my son has so it was clearly the stitching. The cuff around my sons ankle was so tight that it left a red mark. I took the jeans back to sports direct, where I was confronted with the manager called Kevin who was extremely rude to me, and told me it was my fault as I should of tried them on him before I brought them and told me to take it to trading standards (witch I have done now). As you can see from the pictures this isn't on at all. I was refused a refund as well. So please do not buy your child these jeans.

Ok but always to hot in side

Bought online and chose click and collect like I always do but they charged me the fiver delivery anyway then emailed to say they were ready for collection! They have 5 different numbers and none answer and I literally sat for 5 hours repeatedly ringing them all! They also do not respond to emails and basically do not want to no! So I'm out of pocket on the money and the item! Never again cheap and skanky and no customer service whatsoever! I will be publicly posting this on Facebook, in stage am, Snapchat, twitter etc so everyone knows of this stores lack of decency and lack of communication appalling service etc etc disgusted

It's a good shop with cheap prices but there's a Muslim lady that work at the cashier that rob's your money I am 10 year's old and the other day I was at sport direct to buy 2 footballs, becouse it was 2 footballs for £6, when I was buying the footballs I gave the lady £23 and she gave me £12 change when it was supposed to be £17 so from the 2nd of junary 2017 I thing the sports direct is a bad place
Just becouse I'm under 18 it doesn't mean that people should think think they could take money of me with out me noticin
This does not go to all stuff only the one that looks Muslim
