Quality of service is faithfully represented by their cheap pricing. Staff could not be more rude and unhelpful if they tried. Customer service training must not be high on the management agenda.

Advertises large savings however prices are inflated then 'savings' deducted to the 'reduced' price which is infact the RRP.

Shoe range has gone down hill a bit but staff are willing to help and aren't pushy.
