Sales assistant helpful.cashier did not reply when I tried to make conversation about my purchase.

Popped in to buy a new pair of trainers. After much thought I settled on some. Unfortunately nobody could find the right one of the pair, so I left empty handed.

Really nice clothes you know what you're looking for sometimes helpful staff and it's good place to look around if you're a sports person

Was looking for a nice shoe, found it however, the workers couldn't find the entire pair (only one shoe was found, not both shoes).

Well it is one of the most pleasent experience I've had in a sports direct well done Borehamwood!!

Looters, their hidden T&C must be read before making any dealings with them.

Went in to this store today and can say that there staff are absolutely useless and rude, I picked up some trainers that only had one in the box as did all the boxes and proceeded to the till to be greeted by 2 members of staff laughing and taking the piss out of an elderly woman for asking which button to push in the elevator. I then took the box to the counter where another member of staff sniggered as as he saw the one trainer in the box, he then told me to go back and look for the other trainer which I did not and walked out. So well done sports direct for losing a sale today due to your delinquent staff.

Awesome service

Some of their shoes are fake like nike roshes etc, it's not the best place to go and buy shoes, you should go to like JD or footlocker.

Cheap items but unhelpful staff

What can I say? It has it all!

The store is massive and has 2 floors. It used to be messy and was difficult moving around but has since been taken care of and is easy to walk through without feeling overwhelmed.
The parking is the only issue as the Boulevard is always very busy but will take a maximum of a couple of minutes to find one.
