WARNING!!!!! Don't buy trainers from these scammers their made specially for them and are of poor quality,I purchased what I thought was a pair of Nike air max but ounce I was home and had them out the box they seemed nothing like the nikes I had purchased from previous companies odd shape bad feel basically you look stupid wearing them when I took them back I was told it was a fitting problem and it was tough your not getting your money back have a credit note to use in their shop to buy more usless things ,anyway I did some research contacted Nike and they had no problem telling me if you want proper Nike use a Nike shop if you want our cheap rubbish fitting trainers go to a budget outlet like sports direct lesson learned.

take ages to answer phone live 9miles out off hereford dont want to go in unless item has arrived but took 30 min to answer but once answer they were good and help ful

Shocking refund policy. Watch out.
Been a regular customer for years. Came into store in a rush 10 minutes before closing. Didn't have time to try on shorts so picked 3. Staff were clearly closing as closing doors and talking about 9k achieved for days sales. Tried to refund shorts didn't want and told only a credit note can be done today (next day). Very short sighted only shop I am aware of in hereford that does this. I won't be back after credit used. Rather use helpful local retailers.
