Sports Direct

This Sports Direct is crowded. They have tried to fit too much stock in a small space. Walking between the aisles is a bit clostrophobic and difficult to get through, especially when more than one person tries to pass one another. Staff are sometimes miserable! Not a bad place for your sports needs though. Although sizing is a bit hit and miss here too.

Useless store don't do refund and don't tell you this when you purchase something now have to go miles out if my way to nearest store with a 5 month old baby in tow. Staff useless and need customer service training. Refuse to shop here again. Wish I could give no stars

The shop is well-supplied with good quality merchandise, the prices are competitive and, moreover, they offer many discounts. The store is very crowded, especially after 4 pm but the employees are very efficient and prompt in assisting clients.

Every time I go to this particular store they never have any stock on the item i want to buy and the staff are very dismissive and have no idea whats going on. Never going to shop here again.

Has good price sports equipment. Customer service not bad.

I checked online for a basketball in there part of sports direct they said that they had it in stock this is right now there staff (the one that I spoke with) said "no the only balls that we have are on the shelf" they need to improve a lot

Y on earth do Sports direct all of a sudden charge online £4.99 to deliver or even collect in store .. rip off!. How ridiculous.

I paid using my credit card for my purchases on 10/05/16 . However, part of their procedure is to make a phone call for verification. i never had any store made calls to verify card transactions. To my surprise, i was charged twice in my credit card statement for each transactions. since i made two transactions (i bought 2 items at different transactions), so there are 4 charges appeared in my statements. absolute rubbish.
