The 4 female customer assistants at the till were unfortunately more interested in continuing their personal conversation instead of serving me at the till. Slightly annoying as there weren't any other customers waiting. The male customer assistant helping with the running shoes was far more helpful.

Just like any other sports direct, if you know what you want it's great. On the contrary, if you're looking for advice, it's not the best I have to admit that this one is quite big though. Lots of staff so checking out goes fast.

Good selection of you like football or running but there is hardly any high quality items for any sports apart from that. Has a massive shoe selection and some staff are helpful. It's open later that quite allot of shops in the area

Tried to call the store god knows how many times and they kept hanging up so rang back and no answer that was will all stores in the south west

Great place, staff are always helpful and there is always a lot of choice for stock, feels a bit crowded sometimes though.

Staff are not very friendly. They sell decent stuff but good luck if you have to ask the staff for help.

They don't bother answering their phone, went into Bridgwater branch yesterday, member of staff there said the same thing, checked online and right now its saying usually not busy, answer your phone then. give you something to do.

A well stocked store, although very crammed in which makes ease of manoeuvring quite difficult in places. Prices are good, till staff are pleasant...but the on floor staff suck, with an attitude of complete obliviousness.

I like nothing, rude staff. Could all do with taking customer service courses. Or the boot. I will never go in there again.
