Nice big store with loads of stock and helpful staff

Prices are good, but store itself lacks lot's of supplies. And you're being watched all the time, employees talk about you coming in, out, buying something or watching. I know it's security reason but it doesn't make it any better. Still best place to buy your underwear up to 75% cheaper.

Quite happy to sell faulty trainers not so happy to replace 2 day trainers that have had the soles fallen off

Good items at very reasonable prices. We always come here for new trainers but I am pleased to see they now stock wellies/country wear as well. Only reason it's not a 5* is the lack of air conditioning and very narrow aisles

This is a corrupted shop. Worst staff never want to go back this f** store again. I had a wrong purchase and been to refun after couples of hour's but this fu*** store won't give refund it's a corruptions.

Staff lacked knowledge.

Went into this store today to buy 2 pairs of footwear on two occasions. We were standing around for 40 minutes the first time and not one employee came to assist when we approached a member of staff she said "im busy" so we then walked away. Thought we would try again 20 minutes later and again was not acknowledged by any member of staff so we thought we would wait until the employees had stopped their conversation but to no avail. the staff are rude and sports direct need a shake up on their staff and employ people who want to work with the public.
