I have just had the absolute displeasure of visiting this store. I went in wanting to spend between £25 - £35 on astroturf football boots. The first 3 pairs I choose were out of stock in my size. Then the lad comes back out with one of the pairs that were supposed to be out of stock so I am very happy and take them to the til. I am about to pay and the lady says £46 - They are on the shelf at £29. So I bring this to their attention and all'
.s i get is 'sorry'. - Signage had been put up wrong! - Idiots! So I am then back to where i started; looking at all the boots on the shelf. I find another pair for £29 and although I didn't like them as much, I had lost my patience (by this time i had been in there for 35 mins getting messed about) so i picked them and went back to the til. I waited for a good 5 mins to be served again at the til.. the lad behind the til checks the size.. WRONG SIZE! I could not believe it. By now I am really starting to lose it. Then the kid walks up with a pair i didn't even like buy were £29 so i just took them. I don't even want them but i was so pissed off by this point that I just accepted it and took them. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT THIS POORLY STOCKED, WOEFULLY STAFFED ESTABLISHMENT. ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT IDIOTS.

This shopshop has variety and good stock and open until 8pm....i cone down here often

Big store. Plenty of choice. Great selection of footy boots, turf shoes, and plenty of bargains. Great service too.

Huge range of products, good prices. Would prefer it to have more staff to help the customers though.

Large selection and good value for money. But I felt really uncomfortable when the security guy was staring and following me when I was choosing some leggings. Other staff were really helpful.

Cheap prices, but customer service could be improved

Could bring into operation what primark does,
Have zig zag barrier at the cash tills.
Stops people pushing in.

Extremely bad I have been trying to contact them by phone to see if thay have the itiam I want constant ringing then cut off this happens at all the store I have rung leigh Manchester st Helens Wigan plus others

Customer service is absolutely appauling, visited the store when I was away 2 weeks ago in Manchester and attenpted to purchase an adidas tracksuit, when I returned home and unpacked the clothes I had bought I found the lady who had served me hadn't even bothered to ensure she had packed both peices of the tracksuit, I rang the store from home and they said they had the bottoms so they would post them first class to my house and they would arrive the following tuesday, two weeks later I am no further forward, I havent received the bottoms that I paid £50 for. I have rang several times, the phone has been answered once where i was told he would check where they were since they had been posted and he never phoned back, since then they have been answering the phone and hanging up without speaking, they clearly didnt post the bottoms and I find that it is poor customer service and appauling that they cannot admit to their mistakes and send me the items that I paid for and i wouldnt recommend the store to anyone as it isnt the first time i have had problems with the company! Honestly shocking!
