Advertised sale not honoured. Staff member laughed at a customer because she thought it was a joke refusing the correct price. No manager in sight. Supervisor uninterested in getting matter sorted. They lost over £100 in sales for their £1 rip off. Shame on them. Shop in Chester great service there and more product.

You may save few pounds in exchange for the following:-
-2nd class product with endless possibilities of faults. Some of which you discover after use so you can not return.
- very poor customer service
- you can NEVER get a refund.
- very erratic return policy, you are at the mercy of the manager at the time (the so called at their discretion). He/she can refuse giving credit note.
- staff are not happy and very reluctant to help, some of them are outright rude.
- have you ever tried phoning a branch, any branch? good luck , they never ever answer

I bought from them once, Never again

Some of the Staff are not customer focused. Tend to drift away and start dealing with other customer enquiries rather than answering questions about products with the customer they was initially dealing with. Staff should have some Product knowledge which is a key part for any business. Sorry for the one star but last visit wasnt a pleasant one

Friendly atmosphere, staff happy to help and advise, enjoyed my first week glad I chose to join.

Ordered clothing and trainers on line. A white top arrived that had a tea or make up stain on it along with other marks and the trainers I ordered came as right foot size 9 and the left size 10, the correct size!!!

On my way to work I stopped by to buy some walking shoes. I found what I sought then went to the checkout. Two tills operating and 11 customers waiting along with their kids. The queue was disorderly. No defined route due to structural posts, shelving and display baskets. This may be good for deterring would be thieves but not for customers on a tight time schedule with other customers shoving you out of the way due to a lack of manners or tongue in their heads. A pleasant female member of staff with dark hair n tattoos bombarded by customers whilst behind a pillar it took a male supervisor and a male staff member to stack boxes. Manager stood by the entrance happily chatting to yet another staff member all the while customers poured in and the queue got longer. Poor management. Lack of good observation on part of management. Careless attitude relating to not being able to see the entire store without camera area. The two Asian lasses working on checkouts were doing a good job however, speed was certainly not in their production plan!
Abysmal service!

Good prices, but to much stock, hard to look around, easy to park busy at peak time's.

Now getting bus than before with food warehouse, which was a missing section. Only issue is the on and off stench from the nearby drain leak.

Absolutely shocking didn't answer phone and they WERE OPEN!!!!

The only difficulty with this site is the smell of sewage from the adjacent plant. It is overpowering at times.
