Sports Direct

I'd give it zero stars if I could, no offence to the employees but they are understandably miserable due to their low wages and Sports Direct work ethic. If they employees don't do exactly what is asked of them, they are threatened with their job.

Never by cricket gear ! Sportsdirect sells duplicate cricket bats. They ship kashmir willlow With english willlow sticker on top. Never buy from their online shop ! They tempt you with heavy discounts but you dont get quality !

i regularly purchase from this store, the prices are good but sometimes the quality of the goods are a bit unsatisfactory after a little wear that suggests many are faulty or end of product line order surplus, i was in need of some decentish casual shoes for a night out to which a customer assisstant by the name of Shahyan went above and beyoned his duties to help me pick a pair, to be fair he has helped us out the last few times i've shopped here but this time he really helped me out, even suggesting to view my recent clothing purchases from my bag to recommend a matching pair of shoes, he was fun and a pleasure to interact with, i think he is under selling himself there and said he should be working at some highend shop like harrods with his kind of rare flamboyant salesmanship and enthusiasm, a personality i have noticed each time i have shopped, the counter staff are always friendly and this last visit was as usual a good shopping experience, returns are easy to do and hassle free, hats off to Shahyan though, kinda made my day and hopefully this will make his, give him a raise! :-)

Mike Cashley, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.....at least in the Redditch store. Awful customer service, scruffy shop, miserable staff.

No one ever answers phone at reddich branch. Staff seem to have no clue about products.

Not a great experience brought a pair of football boots but I brought the wrong size (my feet were hot so I thought they would be ok after ) went back in to exchange them told they didn't have the size ok fair enough when will you have them?err don't know should be next week but we don't know if they will on there!!ok great I'll just have my money back?no can't do that only credit note!!and the only way I can get them in store is to order them online to be delivered to the branch and for the pleasure of that I've been charged £5 for that!but it's ok I get that back on the form of a gift card!won't be returning anytime soon would rather pay more than give Mike Ashley any buisness!

Nice store, not too expensive

Most of the shop is pretty cluttered with staff often appearing too busy to help. That said, I do buy all my running gear from here because of the quality and price and it has a lift between floors for a push chair.

Absolutley one of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with.
Customer service skills is something they are sadly lacking. I never post comments normally but they are so useless I would advise everyone else to shop elsewhere.
I have had to select 1 star to be able to post this. I would give them NO stars !!

Go into store and the staff are rude and store untidy
