Brilliant shopping here massive car park great sports wear

Good prices, but too low stuff.

Shocking service!

Nobody around to serve, tried on 2 different pairs of trainers and coincidentally both last pair....happy for me to buy even though both left shoes were battered from being on display (1 brilliant white, other mucky grey colour)......same every time I visit!

Tried again to today to but some laces......asked 4 members of staff if they sold them and 4 times pointed in 4 different directions with no offer of help-to busy talking to each other about last night!

On way out, young lad lounging by the stairs talking to a colleague about them all getting a kicking for only 22% conversion......here’s an idea, try serving customers and maybe more will buy!!!!

Worst company ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor customer service. Rude staff. Requested a trainer size not on display & assistant rolled his eyes & sighed that he had to look. Ask him if I had disturbed him doing something else & he couldn't even look at me with his 'no' response. Poor attitude to customers. Felt like we were unwelcome.

Diabolical customer service. Tried to take a top back which had loose stitching not been worn. Same item I found to exchange for was dirty, item was scanning through £1.50 more expensive than what I paid originally and they would take 10% off and Mae it non-returnable due to dirt, making it more expensive than the faulty item I was taking back. Needless to say I left with my original item and having requested the name of their store manager as the manager on hand = useless. This store does not pride itself on customer service and empathy.
