Once you see one sports direct they are all the same to some extent but you get what you paid for.

Staff apologise for keeping me waiting. Got what I wanted.

Saturday staff not interested on serving customers (top floor only). They prefer to group and have a laugh instead of helping when called. Shocking and unprofessional customer skills. Stay away from this store and go somewhere else.

I'm Stevens mum I went to sports direct crayford on Saturday and bought a pair of track bottoms got home and had security tag still on them so been trying to phone them since got home in Saturday and been trying Sunday but not answering the phone will b goin up there today and demanding some money bk as havant been able to wear them and had to pay someone to take me bk to crayford to get tag taken off not happy.

Make sure you try your stuff on before buying, as there is NO money refunds in this store. Should be told verbally when purchasing goods. Small sign next to till. On a plus really nice, helpful friendly staff.

Do not answer the phone... lost my custom. If you pay peanuts...

I normally always get my trainers from a Sports Direct store as the prices are fantastic compared to other sports retailers, so my review is for this store only and not Sports Direct in general.
No staff about on shop floor to assist, and those that were, seemingly had no enthusiam for the job and grunted a reply "womens trainers upstairs". Heres my main issue:- im mobility impaired, find stairs virtually impossible and can only walk short distances at a time....so.... there is a long staircase at front of store to go upstairs, staff/disabled "mini lift" at rear of store down narrow aisles and haphazard stock displays...hmmmm. wont be coming to this store again.

I bought a shoe for my daughter is not her size. I take back for a full refund I could get is insult from the manger and staffs. The that serve me was so rude I will never ever shop here again

I initially purchased a suitcase from the store, after a 14 days I returned to the store in order to return the suitcase because I require a smaller one. However the store had no alternatives therefore I requested a refund. After being denied the refund by cashier I asked to speak to the manager, who like the cashier, only offered a voucher although I paid by card.

My complaint is as follows:
1. On the sports direct website it clearly states I am entitled to receive a refund in the same manner paid, in this case by card
2. The store manager was very disrespectful and did not treat me right, he was rude and unprofessional and very very impatient.

Staff were helpful. Found what I wanted at a cracking price.

Compared to most other Sports Direct stores, it's actually not too bad. Certainly not as crowded and cramped as others. It's good to be able to walk around without feeling you're being mobbed!
