To much stuff hard to get round and hard to find staff

Very friendly staff, I wanted to buy some leggings here as I enjoy lounging round the house in them as opposed to wearing jeans all day, the girl I asked was a bit surprised as I'm male and she said, you want women's leggings? I just made my point about the comfort etc and she was glad to.help.and got me the right sizes to suit my shape very good quality too for 4 quid a pair you can't go wrong anyway very friendly helpful staff who remain calm under pressure

Friendly staff but number and name put on mack of football shirt was appalling - wonky and creased. Very disappointing.

Root staff! Not helpful at all!!! Will avoid this store in the future , and shop in Watford branch

Absolutely sh** company. Rude to staff and customers. My brother works for the company and always complains about the management. He is also told he'd finish a certain time but is always kept 2 or 3 hours after his shift is meant to finish!!! Worst company.

Staff are ignorant I came in to buy myself some leggings for fitness regime I asked a girl where the on sale leggings are she took me to totally the wrong place lol, then I asked another girl she looked at me and said you want womens leggings? But your a guy and I said yes but leggings are great for jogging etc I was treated like an alien 👽. From another planet have these sales assistants never seen footballers train in the cold they don't wear shorts they wear leggings, it makes me so angry how dumb some people are

Answer the god damn phone! 3 days trying to call you and no answer everyday. Terrible store! Customer services even put me through to you and still no answer! The owner of the retail sports chain should come down on this store like a ton of bricks!
