Stocks low on children's novelty items. Sadly staff not remotely interested

UTTERLY DISGUSTED I have been in this shop a few times and seen 2 different managers in last few months
The way they talk to there staff is beyond me
Some of these youngsters that work in there prob are doing 2/3jobs just to see them through uni/college
Not only do they work for peanuts ,but have to be spoken with no respect at all,in my eyes this does not make a good manager
Power seems to go to some peoples head
Please try and remember to treat others like you would like to be treated
Maybe head office need to train there mangers on how to treat staff!!!!!!!!!

Spectacularly awful. Almost comical in their incompetence. The staff presumably are trained and managed by morons.

Helpful young staff not too busy today which was nice.

Large range branded sportswear at discount prices. Main drawback is cramped store layout. Staff are OK.

Very poor experience today. Shop floor staff were great, as usual. Unfortunately, the girl on the till had absolutely no idea about customer service. Maybe we didn't spend enough (only £120), but it would have been nice if she could have at least been polite when taking my money. Such a shame as we usually have very good service at this particular store.

Excellent customer service today in Riverside store, Northampton. Quick, friendly and efficient. The sole of my son’s football boots had come unstuck and were brought at xmas, only had credit card receipt and we're purchased at different store. Manager agreed to exchange them without quibble, and explained why it had happended. We then and ended up coming away with two pairs. Great advice and knowledge from Bradley and the Manager. Thanks also to the young girl on till (281152) who was also very helpful.

Staff is very rude. Bags on top shelfs are not secured and one of them fall down nearly hurting my 2 month son..

Man that I called up was extremely rude when I just asked him about a bike. He's lost a sale now as I'll be going elsewhere! Teach them staff how to deal with customers correctly. I'd have fired him on the spot

Half an hour to find a pair of trainers and when they turned out to be the wrong size the lad looked at me as if to say "don't you know what size feet you have?" Considering I told you my current shoes are a size 10 - it's not my fault different manufacturers have a different idea of what a size 10 is.

More to that they could see that I had children with and did not do anything to chase up why it was taking so long.

It took them a further ten minutes to find the next size and a further five minutes just to walk the trainers to the till because they didn't trust me to carry them! Also the cashier was very uninspiring.

Poor customer service, just rude at times, good for cheap sporting goods, just don't expect any help
