Sports jumble sale ... but but bargain price stuff to throw on for the gym ....

Staff were very helpful and polite to me the lad sorted out something on phone in five mins that their customer care line and the idiot manager at other branch couldn't sort out in over an hour, they obviously have issues with low paid low educated staff in some stores but I found ones here to be polite and helpful, wish the trinity square Gateshead store was as good see my other review. Crazy Vicky pollard manager and her lies saying yeah but no but yeah but no but yeah but , I was like Jesus she can't be the manager but yep you guessed it she was . She had zero customer service skills zero common sense and effectively wanted to a rob me of an exchange as the clothes didn't fit and it was a veterans charity and kind donations that was to pay for it yet she obviously wanted me not to have use of them clothes which is despicable when a charity very kindly done that for me , thankfully from my experience with Matt and Adam at team valley store they had a lot more common sense it's not like I was going in wanting a cash refund after a charity doing that not that I would do that as that's dishonest and technically stealing from charity etc . So anyway long story short I got jeans that for now and I'm happy with. This horrible store manager called me disgusting and rang police on me and made out like I was stupid etc , thankfully the police were decent with me and they probably experienced similar stuff themselves and emphasised . With having ptsd I have a low tolerance for rude idiots.

Embarrassing having a kid talk to me like a moron they need a good lesson in customer service. Disgraceful
