Very helpful staff, got what I wanted immediately

I made a online order for a click and collect to gateshead trinity its now been a week and ive had no email to say where my things are. Theres no online phone number to ring and if you ring gateshead trinity its a 0344 (expensive number) and they dont answer there phone so how the hell am I meant to find out where my things are. There is no customer service with sports direct. I will never do a click and collect again with these oh and they charge £5 for this service fantastic 😡

Rude abusive store manager , who obviously not clued up on her company's policy or customers rights when it comes to exchanges . I was very kindly bought some clothes from a veterans charity. I don't get out house much and suffer with bad anxiety and rank 6 complex ptsd . Clothes came I thought awesome . Shoes were black fitted perfect . Also got t shirts and underwear etc and some jeans and trackies. Both of which too long on leg so I thought oh I will walk in with them etc. Well I'm pleased I just didn't do that or I would of dumped them I rang up customer care this was after Gateshead store didn't answer their phone . Basically woman could not understand how I didn't buy them online or in store and yes I explained twice in clear English . Then I was refused to be able to speak to a manager . So I asked to be transferred to store. I then speak to someone who could barely make a coherent sentence . I thought to myself she can't be the manager ,well low and behold she was. She also was lying or didn't have conviction in what she was saying as she was like yeah but no but yeah but no but I was like seriously am I talking to Vicky pollard here. Then she was talking circles and sayin oh if you bought not from sports direct you can't return them I was like no .... t Sherlock well that's obvious. It's not like I was wanting cash for smack or trying to con a charity they was wrong size and wanted exchange for something that fitted so didn't waste charity money that people kindly donate to for our boys and girls who go to Iraq and Afghan for the governments oil wars etc claiming to have WMDs. All I wanted to do was exchange for right size . She turned a five min phone call into over an hour in total with customer care. Then I rang team valley branch spoke to a lovely fella very polite and straight forward understood what I was saying straight agreed with me that if I only tried on for minute and wrong size, he said no problem bring them to store and we can exchange them etc. There we go sorted in ten mins . Had walk three miles to store like as further away and because of my medical issues had get a taxi back as all uphill etc. So I went into Gateshead tonight I simply say oh I got that exchange sorted but had walk quite a bit out etc , she could of at this point simply said oh that's great sir glad you got it sorted sorry if we misunderstood on phone or something . But oh no she calls me disgusting and makes out like I'm the idiot and she was in the right etc basically she wanted a charity to have paid the money but refused to do a simple exchange I think that is sheer disgusting and a crime in itself. Then she gets some fat dude to get right in my face as I said that's unprofessional do you appreciate I have ptsd and anxiety and your acting in a very unprofessional manner then she asks me to leave and calls for police etc . I spoke to the police officer they were very reasonable about it and said well don't go back to this store etc if that's how they are. I'm really disgusted that there is such lowlife unprofessional people in this society who get made up to manager, when they obviously have zero customer care skills zero knowledge no common sense and can't converse with people. Obviously in this social justice warrior society that we now live in she feels entitled to abuse people and get away with it because of her gender etc . Read any article lately or YouTube videos and it's same thing . Care recently some girl flirted with some guy in workplace he flirted back then she took huff or maybe got offer elsewhere so she did little victim act to her boss oh he's sexually harassing me blah blah blah and gemuess who gets fired ?? Yep that's right the bloke. Society needs to wake up to this ? Also if it was a bloke sayin this rubbish today I would of acted same way hence I'm showing equality and not judgemental etc . Women asked to be treated with equality and fairness yet if you say the same things they play the victim card it's a sad sad state of affairs. Staff at team valley today both male and female were all fantastic !!
