Extremely inexpensive . Bargains to be had . Trainers . Shoes . Sports clothing . Can't knock the value .

Purchased solaman trainers and over charged, took them straight back and informed computer error kept waiting 20 mins for refund walked out to realise they had again short changed me. Took the back and asked for a refund and assistants sat on the floor whispering at this stage I asked them to speed up. It needs to be authorised by manager, great can I see the manager ok. Assistant comes back and refunds total, no Manager, no apology. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL HAVE TO CHECK THE MONEY COMES BACK ! Merry Hill Shop

JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AFTER 10 DAYS AND SEE THAT THE REFUND WAS £0.05 BELOW WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SO IN REALITY I PAID 5p FOR THE PLEASURE OF BEING MESSED AROUND. I NOTE THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE SHOP TO THE COMMENTS. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T CARE & CANT BE TRUSTED.

This place is good for some stuff.

what an excuse for a sports retail shop, no way to contact them, tried email, telephone, called in merry hill shop, still no one can find what has happened to my online order paid for in full with next day delivery, what a joke!!!!!!

The problem i have with this store very difficult to get through on the phone to ask if an item in stock there never seems any staff available to answer calls even there customer services had problems getting through on internal numbers!

so poor customer service in my view

The staff in Sports Direct (not all but most) are just awful. On the plus side it's always good value.
