Staff quite nice just seemed irritable when wanted to try trainers on

The young lady that helped me and served me couldn't have been more helpful and friendly thank you very much

It's not easy to grade this shop. The prices are cheap, many of staff don't appear to care, customer service is poor and the mostly overweight customers buy new tracksuits so they can lounge on their sofas watching the television.

Everything is cheap from the floorboards to the staff. They forgot to take off the security tag for a product I took on a hiking trip rendering it useless, when I came back to ask for a refund they bluntly said no because of store policy. No such thing as customer service here

Ok for some things like trainers cheaper than JD sports but bug store so take longer to find good clothes. Average place getting better still. The owner mike ashley i think it is needs to fix up and take some responsibility or maybe hes just an alcoholic drunken disorderly person. The current affairs of the biz as a brand is atrocious and they treat staff like crap. Working zero hrs contracts for peanuts etcetc.

Awful. Asked for help and was rudely told that I needed someone else. Asked another member of staff who said they would get somenone else (?) Waited 10 mins - no-one came. Asked at checkout for help and got a blank expression. Left shop without buying anything. Numerous members of staff around but no-one seems to be doing anything while trying to look busy. The most amsuing of which was the member of staff at the door trying to arrange the umbrellas - it took so much of her concenration that she didn't even acknoweledge our exsistance. I usually have a great time with the staff at Sports Direct, but this store is simply awful.

Great shop! They have 4 floors of merchandise. We have been able to find something for the whole family here. The staff are stellar as well. Busy Saturday and they helped how just great.

For the low prices one can not complain. The staff could be friendlier but considering the circumstances under which the staff has to work... Under the week it is not very busy
