Lots of things to buy, some staff can be helpful and it isn’t usually too busy. Would recommend

Some staff are helpful (Naeve, I think) but the Manager in patronising and only offered to help after I gave him a dressing down in front of his staff for his rude and unhelpful manner. They do have some good gear and prices which is the only reason I go back as I always leave in a foul mood.

Actually zero stars for the Harrogate branch but am not allowed to post unless I add one!! The manager is awful - extremely rude and patronising, continually calling me 'love' even when asked not to, constantly speaking over me and saying 'no, no, no' because he didn't agree with what I was saying. Absolute moron.

The manager recently sacked my fiancee for being to slow and giving incorrect change by accident, my fiancee has autism and adhd, this is an outrageous thing, it seems very prejodest

Great selection of sports and outdoor clothing and equipment. Came here to buy some outdoor/winter shoes and found what we needed with the assistance of the plentiful friendly staff. Great prices, good value.
