Good choice of items at competitive prices. Store is usually very messy due to rude customers. Staff and friendly and helpful but are made to work in very stressful situations and seem overworked. Would benefit from more staff.

My daughters nike leggings split all stitching came undone . Guiseley store manager very rude told me to bring them back when the stitching had come more loose to so it makes a bigger hole then vribg em back . Now im havibg to trail to Bradford store to return ynrm as he has upsey me

Prices are more expensive than on their website. They only offered gift card when returning an item we hadn't even had 24 hours, used or removed the tags.

Avoid this crooked shop.

Rang to check stock of an item and phone 'cut off' on me 3 times in succession. Went to keighley store instead. Very friendly and answered the phone!!

Bought walking shoes. They leaked. Shop wouldn't change them saying walking shoes don't have to be water proof. Don't buy anything here you don't know what you're getting.
