I can't believe some of awful things people say about the people who work here, they try their best to serve extremely difficult & rude customers, went there a couple of weeks ago during the summer holidays when I witnessed 1 customer tap 1 employee on the shoulder with a shoe while he was already serving 4 other customers & I thought he kept he's cool very well & when he served me & my Daughter he was very helpful & couldn't of done better
I was also served by another member of staff on the 1st floor & he was excellent aswell
I have heard about the no refund policy but after speaking 2 the manager about it I was told that a lot of them hate not being able 2 give refunds but it's not up 2 them & It's because of the bosses & owners of the company & this isn't the only company that doesn't issue refunds so I do believe what some people are saying about the staff is harsh

Be aware of this shop, don't admits refunds, they just give you a voucher instead of your money back, I told them nobody told me that they don't give money back and they just said it's written in the back of the ticket so I think is very rude way to treat customers, cause if I knew that before, I didn't buy without trying on, I thought ok I'm going to try it on at my house and then if it doesn't suit me I'm going to refund it but I couldn't because this shop doesn't care customers, they just want your money, awful customer service.

Get the giant mug when you buy something. Use their app it has great offers too

The staff were reasonably friendly although not too helpful but the shop is disorganised and as a business sports direct are the scum of the earth. Ok for decent shoes at low cost but the major gripe is the awful returns policy, you cannot get a refund on items you return, only in store credit.

Staff were very nice and they got the right pair of shoes quickly. It wasnt as bad as the other comments are saying

staff don't have time or inclination to help. I think what I read about them being exploited makes perfect sense. This is the UK equivalent of WalMart for sports equipment--and not in any good way.
